Rhen has changed his baby happiness matrix on us in the last couple of days. Sitting toys (swing and baby massager chair) no longer do it. In fact, he is just furious if I try to set him down in the swing which is funny, because two days ago, the swing could cure Rhen of his moody blues in no time flat. So yeah, being the fluid fun guy I am, I realize an entire paradigm shift will be needed to keep Rhen happy. Yeah baby, it’s all about the tummy time. Gone are Rhen’s days of looking up at the ceiling. He’s looking forward, eye to eye with the man, keeping it real. He no longer tucks his head into my chest when I hold him, instead he does his off -to-the-side-looking-out move. Head held up nicely and proudly.
